Athletic Registration
 
Physical Examinations
 
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the high school office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
 

Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam.

A few notes about online registration:  

Only the fields with an asterik (*) are required fields.  If you wish to provide information in the fields that are not required please do, but it is not required to move on in the registration process.

In the policies and agreements section, you and your student must read the policies, acknowledge that you agree to them, and electronically sign.  You will not be able to move on unless you complete all of these steps.
